Learning with G: Advancing Your AI and Data Skills

Artificial Intelligence is changing the way we work. The question is no longer whether AI will become part of our work, it already has. The real question is whether we know how to use it well.

Only a few years ago, professionals spent hours writing reports, cleaning spreadsheets, preparing presentations, searching for information, and creating business documents. Today, much of that work can be completed in minutes with the right AI tools.

At Pramza Solutions, we believe learning AI is not about memorising prompts or discovering the latest chatbot. It is about understanding how to think, how to ask better questions, how to supervise AI, and how to combine different tools to produce meaningful work.

That is why we created Learning with G, our continuous learning initiative led by Gloria. It is designed for professionals, students, entrepreneurs, and anyone who wants to improve how they work using Artificial Intelligence. It began as a class and is still running today. See how we approach it in our AI & Data Training.

    Meet Gloria

Gloria is not simply an AI trainer. She is someone who enjoys helping people discover that there is always another way to solve a problem.

Many learners arrive believing there is only one method of completing a task. They quickly realise AI offers multiple possibilities, and that understanding those possibilities is often more valuable than memorising a process. Gloria encourages learners to experiment, question, compare tools, and discover workflows that save time while improving quality.

Learning with G does not stop when the class ends. Learners continue exploring new ideas, new tools, new updates, and better ways of working together. One of the most rewarding parts of every cohort is hearing how learners apply what they have learned in their own workplaces.

Technology is moving faster than ever

Microsoft is transforming the entire Microsoft 365 ecosystem with Artificial Intelligence. Copilot is no longer just an assistant that answers questions, it is becoming a colleague that works alongside you.

Inside Excel, Copilot can analyse data, recommend formulas, explain functions, identify trends, generate PivotTables, and answer questions using natural language. Inside Word, it can draft reports, rewrite documents, and summarise lengthy content. Inside PowerPoint, it can build presentations from reports or meeting notes in minutes. Even Outlook and Teams are becoming AI assisted.

These tools are changing how organisations operate. However, technology is only as effective as the person directing it. Knowing what to ask remains just as important as knowing which button to click.

AI can write the formula; you must understand the logic

Today almost anyone can ask ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot, "Write me an Excel formula," and within seconds the answer appears. That is impressive. But experienced analysts know that writing the formula is rarely the difficult part.

The real questions are: Is the data clean? Is the lookup correct? Should this be an XLOOKUP, INDEX MATCH, or SUMIFS? What happens if another department changes the spreadsheet structure next month? Can someone else understand this workbook six months from now?

Artificial Intelligence provides answers. Professionals provide judgement. That is why we still teach Excel from the ground up. When learners understand the logic, AI becomes a powerful assistant rather than something they blindly depend on.

AI is becoming your digital team

One of the biggest shifts today is that AI is no longer limited to one application. Imagine opening Claude and simply saying: "Analyse my Excel sales file. Identify the key trends. Write a professional management report in Word. Create a ten-slide PowerPoint for tomorrow's executive meeting."

Within minutes it can analyse the spreadsheet, identify patterns, prepare written insights, design slides, and organise everything into a logical flow. Instead of spending an afternoon copying numbers between applications, your role becomes reviewing the output, asking better questions, and providing strategic direction. The same is becoming possible with ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, and Google Gemini.

The future workplace will not be about doing everything yourself. It will be about managing intelligent systems that handle the repetitive work while you focus on decision making, creativity, and leadership. This is exactly the kind of reporting we build in our business systems and dashboards work.

Learning is becoming more important, not less

Ironically, AI is making learning more valuable. Many people assume AI will replace expertise. The opposite is happening. People who understand business processes, finance, operations, marketing, and data find that AI makes them significantly more productive. Those who lack those foundations often struggle, because they cannot tell whether AI has produced a good answer or a poor one.

The future belongs to professionals who know how to supervise AI rather than compete against it.

Learning with G is more than a course

It is a growing community of curious professionals who want to stay ahead of technology: university students, managers, accountants, entrepreneurs, and corporate teams. Beyond scheduled classes, learners can book personalised coaching where Gloria works directly with their own spreadsheets, reports, AI prompts, and business challenges.

Every organisation is different. Every learner is different. That is why personalised guidance remains valuable even in an age of Artificial Intelligence.

The future belongs to curious people

Artificial Intelligence will keep evolving. New models will be released, new features will appear, new tools will enter the market. The professionals who succeed will not necessarily be those who know the most today. They will be the people who keep learning, keep experimenting, and keep adapting.

That is the purpose of Learning with G: not simply to teach software, but to help people build the confidence to work alongside Artificial Intelligence and use it to create better reports, better decisions, better businesses, and ultimately a better future.
